What types of printing services do you offer?

Kimble Designs is a full-service custom printing shop. We offer:
• DTF (Direct to Film) printing – for full-color apparel transfers
• Sublimation – for mugs, tumblers, ornaments, keychains, and more
• Laser engraving – for wood signs, name tags, keepsakes, and gifts
• Custom spirit wear – for schools, teams, and events
• Bulk printing – for businesses, fundraisers, and organizations
• One-off custom orders – for birthdays, holidays, or personal use
• Drop shipping & fulfillment – for brands, creators, and online shops

What file types do you accept?

We accept:
• PNG or JPEG (300 dpi preferred)
• SVG, EPS, AI (vector files)
• PSD or PDF (if layers are intact)

Need help formatting your design? We offer basic art support at no extra charge.

Can you create a design for me?

Yes! We can help with layout, text, or even build a full custom graphic based on your idea. Design assistance may require a small additional fee depending on complexity.

How do I wash and care for my items?

For apparel:
• Wash inside out
• Cold water
• Gentle cycle
• Avoid bleach or softeners
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the print

For sublimated items (mugs, tumblers, etc.):
• Dishwasher safe (top rack), but hand washing extends life

For engraved wood signs:
• Keep dry and out of prolonged direct sunlight

Will the prints crack or peel?

Nope. Our DTF prints stretch with the fabric and last longer than vinyl. Sublimation becomes part of the material. Engraving is permanent. Just follow care instructions and your items will last.

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed in 2–10 business days. Rush service is available. We’ll give you an ETA based on order size and product type.

Do you have order minimums?

No minimums — ever! Whether you’re ordering one item or one hundred, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — we offer tiered pricing for larger orders. Use our Bulk Order Quote Form to tell us what you need, and we’ll send pricing within 24 hours.

Do you offer local pickup and shipping?

Yes! You can choose:
• Local pickup (Anaheim, CA)
• Standard or express shipping (nationwide)
• Drop shipping for your brand or customers

Do you offer private label or fulfillment services?

Yes. We work with small brands and creators who need a production partner. We can print, pack, and ship your items directly to your customers — including branded inserts or labels.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, since everything we make is custom. However, if something’s wrong with your order, reach out. We’re committed to making it right.
